Palliser Rentals by Glenmore Reservoir | Livenvo Rent
Next to Oakridge along the Glenmore Reservoir's southern shore, Palliser is a low-density South Calgary community built mainly around single-family homes. Renters get reservoir pathway access and proximity to Rockyview General Hospital, with secondary suites making up most of the available rental stock at any given time.
Palliser sits along the southern shore of the Glenmore Reservoir, immediately next to Oakridge and part of the same cluster as Eagle Ridge, Bel-Aire, Bayview, and Pump Hill. The reservoir's pathway loop runs along Palliser's edge, giving renters direct access to walking and cycling routes without leaving the community. Housing here is almost entirely single-family, and rentals typically take the form of secondary suites rather than apartments or townhomes, consistent with the rest of this reservoir-adjacent cluster. Rockyview General Hospital sits a short drive away, making the area practical for renters who work in healthcare or need regular access. Palliser shares its postal footprint with Eagle Ridge, Bel-Aire, Bayview, Pump Hill, Oakridge, Willow Park, Mayfair, and Chinook Park, the broader grouping of established South communities built around the Glenmore Reservoir. There's no C-Train station within easy reach, since the Red Line's southern stations run along Macleod Trail well to the east.
